"Pray And Code" - About The Event
Szent József Hackathon is the first event organized only for Christian IT specialists and their families in Szeged, Hungary.
The aim of the weekend is to gather the programmers, IT specialists in the field of geoinformatics and interpreters with IT background, who are following the path of the Lord, and boost the online presence of Christianity by accomplishing certain projects together.
The Concept Behind The Logo
Designing a logo for such an event is an interesting opportunity to portrait something unique, even my own personal beliefs in a logo mark. To create something that can make people think about the true meaning of life.
By turning the cross into lines of binary digits, I wanted to explain the personal meaning of life with or without Christ. Without Him - as I believe - there is only nothing (0 = NO). With Him I can reach everything (1 = YES).
